Ordering my second 3d printer from Box. This time the process went better than the first time, where one of two boxes went AWOL, this time both turned up fine the next day.
I gave the last order 5 stars because of their handling of the delivery issue, and I'm back for another so I stood by my review the last time. This time, no surprises - everything was delivered by DPD in two boxes and fully intact the day after ordering.
Good website, fast delivery, proven customer service when things go wrong, what's not to like about box.co.uk. Will be ordering from them again.

Good device but no Car Charger included. For such a price there should be one :)

Ordered a Thrustmaster Base Unit and it arrived onnthe day they said it would. The price for the unit and p&p was brilliant! Attached my stick, all works fine as I expected it to. All in all a very straightforward transaction at an excellent price. I would highly recommend dealing with Box.co.uk - I know that if I'm looking for a good deal with great service then Box.co.uk is definitely one worth considering

This is the 2nd PC I have received from Box.co.uk, really easy to use their website, this one was to replace an aging Monster Tower that was originally built for Win 7 and then Win 10 installed, but it was getting past it's prime and was easy to set up and get running from the start

Bought a new Dynabook Satellite Pro C40-G-11E laptop from Box.co.uk, and everything was great from start to finish. Fantastic product at an unbeatable price, can't fault them and will definitely use again.

I ordered a Toshiba Dynabook. It didn't arrive because there was a problem with the courier DPD and there was no information about the laptop and where it was. After about 6 days, I was given a refund. Then the laptop arrived after about 10 days. I emailed Box and explained and offered payment. It was not obvious how I should make the payment, on the account, but after several emails, I managed to figure it out. Then I received emails and texts saying that a second laptop was going to be delivered, so I was a bit concerned, but Box said nothing would happen and that this was just on the system because of the payment.
I am quite satisfied with the actual laptop I received. It is a budget laptop that hope will have the build quality to last for a few years. There was a problem with the cable and Box sent a new one out.

Excellent service - delay on dispatch, on emailing them got a swift response and apology. High quality product, would use again and highly recommended

Box have some great deals and I feel like this 4k tv was a steal! Easy to navigate website and efficient delivery.

Purchased an in-stock Unifi switch for next day delivery (Friday). Email told me it was dispatched, but did not update a tracking number on the site. Friday came and no delivery. Chat/Phone lines close at 5pm so no information. Tried to chat on Monday (after 10am opening), chat bot went through to an agent who cut me off. Phoned - waited 25mins - was told the item had shipped from a supplier and they would chase it up and contact me to find what happened - also they refunded the next day postage. By 4pm Monday nobody had contacted me back so I phoned again, waited 20mins again, then spoke to someone who told me the delay was with the courier, and they now had the tracking number so would email it to me and add it to my account, and assured me it would be delivered the next day.

The next day, still no package, still no tracking number (either emailed to me or added to my order details) so now I have the joyous experience of phoning again, explaining again, and likely getting the run around, again.

Courier issues happen, we all understand that, but poor comms from a company, failing to update me when promised, and failing to give me information that is promised, these things shouldn't be acceptable.

2 stars as they did respond and were understanding of the issues, they just never followed through on commitments to keep me updated.

Based on my first time customer experience with them I could *NOT* recommend them to anyone.

*Update: I received a response to this review stating that a Cube colleague would be in touch, however, I have yet to hear anything.

I placed an order for a brilliantly priced entry-mid gaming PC after clicking through an "add to basket" link on a listing which stated, among other features, 32GB memory at £1084.99. However, my email confirmation came through as a build with only 16GB memory so I cancelled the order and checked the listing again in case I had made an error.

I hadn't misread and so I placed another order but my email confirmation came through again at 16GB memory.

I tried to contact live chat about the order but was on hold for over 30 minutes without getting through to an agent. I also tried email and attached multiple screenshots of the listing in question, however, BOX refused to acknowledge that the listing existed and said only a 16GB model was available at the price I paid. BOX refused to offer a goodwill gesture to bump up my 16GB order to 32GB which is quite astonishing for a seemingly well established company. I was even more surprised to see how quickly BOX gives out vouchers to reviews and complaints online compared to my experience.

Why is BOX/Cube unable to respect its listings and acknowledge where it has failed customers? It wasn't my problem that BOX listings were and still are displaying with apparently incorrect values. All this goes to show how little thought BOX/Cube gives to customer services when it isn't in the public domain.

All in all, I've probably dodged a bullet here and will start my gaming PC journey somewhere else like Scan.

I'm definitely going to shop with Box again.
Great range of in-stock products (which I was struggling to find in-stock elsewhere).
Easy ordering and delivery - very quick with great updates. I genuinely only have good things to say.
